experience in the ag chemical industry with 29 of those years at Wilbur-Ellis Company.

Joe joined Wilbur-Ellis
in 1987. He was the Operations Manager with Rigo in Kentucky from 1987 to 1997, and
currently is the Business Manager, Manufacturing in Fresno, California. Joe brings more
than 40 years of experience in the pesticide formulation business to the Western Business
Unit of Wilbur-Ellis. |

Larry
Stull -- Devine, Texas

Larry Stull has been
involved with the Ag chemical business his entire life. First with Stull Chemical company
and then since 1987 with Wilbur-Ellis Company. Larry provides expert management for our
manufacturing-formulation plant in Devine. He is also directly responsible for our
industry leading drift-reduction and invert-emulsion products.
