William E. ("Bill") Bagley
National Invert Technology
Manager Bill joined Wilbur-Ellis Company in 1978. He graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Entomology in 1972. Bill is a member of the Entomological Society of America, Southwestern Entomological Society, American Society for Testing & Materials, Institute for Liquid Atomization and Spray Systems, American Society of Agricultural Engineers, National Agricultural Aviation Association, and National Roadside Vegetation Management Association. He has spent over 30 years developing and evaluating application technology and procedures.
