Bob Johnston -- Walla Walla, Washington

A Colorado State University graduate, Bob has spent the last 20 years in agriculture. Crop production experience in irrigated and dryland areas of Colorado, Montana, Oregon and Washington, gives Bob a broad understanding of the seed treatment needs for the Columbia Basin and dryland areas of Eastern Washington.


Paul Tresham -- Umatilla, Oregon

Paul has been with Wilbur-Ellis for 18 years. He has been in product development for the past 10 years, working with new products and uses in irrigated row crops. He has expertise in chemigation, surfactants, biorational and "nontraditional" products as well as row crop production and test plot design. Paul graduated from Eastern Oregon College in Botany and then spent two years in the Peace Crops in various phases of agriculture. This background and his general knowledge of ag chemical products is a valuable resource for all who call on him for help.


Dick Barnes -- Caldwell, Idaho

A major benefit enjoyed by our customers in southeastern Idaho is Dick Barnes' assistance in seed protection. His knowledge of seed protectants, application procedures, and related services consistently improves the quality of the seed grown in his area. Dick's crop expertise includes dry beans, dry peas, alfalfa, sweet corn, wheat, and barley seed. Dick has over 32 years experience in the ag chemical industry with 29 of those years at Wilbur-Ellis Company.


Barry Kirkwood -- Moses Lake, Washington

Barry has been with Wilbur-Ellis for 25 years. He works with the diversified crops of the Columbia Basin. Those crops include potatoes, corn, alfalfa, dry beans, sugar beets, cereal grains, and seed crops. This experience has given Barry an extensive knowledge of product performance and the ability to evaluate new products as they become available.


Craig Nuthak -- Murtaugh/Hansen, Idaho

As part of his duties at the Murtaugh/Hansen, Idaho office, Craig is responsible for customers needs in seed and grain protectants. By communication with the other members of the seed protectant group in Wilbur-Ellis and continual evaluation of new products, Craig provides south central Idaho with the best equipmetn and products available for seed protection.


Les Stephens -- Portland, Oregon

An agricultural consultant with extensive experience in grass seed production and seed treatments, Les was hired by Wilbur-Ellis Company in 1998. Les' prior job experience encompassed sales and marketing responsibilites with Union Carbide, Zeneca, and Buckman Laboratories. His expertise includes agricultural production management and integrated crop protection programs.
