Frank
Beals -- Purchasing Supervisor
Frank manages the
purchasing activities of the Northern Business Units. He is a valuable resource--having an
expertise in purchasing products, supplier programs, rebates and branch inventory
control--for all company personnel to draw on. Frank has been with Wilbur-Ellis for 15
years and during that time has distinguished himself by taking on many tasks involving
inventory control. |

Normile -- Purchasing Agent

Connie has been with
Wilbur-Ellis Company since September 1983. Prior to coming to Wilbur-Ellis Company, she
worked at Bayer for nine years as a customer service representative and regional
secretary. Connie's current duties include placing orders with vendors and handling
order/suppplier programs such as early orders and truckloads. She administers rebate
programs and works closely with the speciality people to maximize programs and other
incentives. |

Margo
Sercu -- Purchasing Agent

Margo joined Wilbur-Ellis
Company in 1996. She works with branches in the Northern Business Units in placing orders
with suppliers/vendors. She is involved in inventory management and tracking and is the
key contact for monitoring and reporting inventory protection programs. Margo also
maintains contract administration and conslidates orders for early order
programs/production. Margo has had over 20 years in wholesale lawn and garden/commodities
trading and manufacturer's representative agency work.
