Beginning as a dispatcher
in Nov. of 1994, Juan transferred to Purchasing in Nov. of 1996. Presently Juan is over
purchasing for the Southern Business Unit.
Tom
Mollan -- Area Operations Manager tmollan@wecon.com
After graduating from
Michigan State University and then serving 3 years in the Peace Corps in Africa, Tom
joined what was then Haviland Agricultural Chemical Company in 1975 as an inside sales
person. Through subsequent company name changes, Brayton and then Wilbur-Ellis, and
various positions in sales, marketing and administration, Tom currently serves the Great
Lakes area as Operations Manager. He works out of the Sparta, Michigan location and is
primarily responsible for purchasing and inventory control for the six Michigan and the
two Wisconsin branches.
Frank
Beals -- Purchasing Supervisor
Frank manages the
purchasing activities of the Northern Business Units. He is a valuable resource--having an
expertise in purchasing products, supplier programs, rebates and branch inventory
control--for all company personnel to draw on. Frank has been with Wilbur-Ellis for 15
years and during that time has distinguished himself by taking on many tasks involving
inventory control.
Andy
Chang --
Andy has been with
Wilbur-Ellis since 1982. He is responsible for overseeing ag chemicals purchasing and
implementation of the supplier programs.
