Phil Sullins is the Area Manager for the West Texas Area branches of Wilbur-Ellis Co. Phil graduated from Texas Tech University and began working for Tide Products in 1975. Wilbur-Ellis Co. purchased Tide Products in 1989, at which time Phil began his career with WECO.

Andy Hill came to work for Wilbur-Ellis in 1996 with the acquisition of Tex-Ag of which Andy was President-owner. With the experience acquired from thirty plus years in the local Ag business, Andy oversees Wilbur-Ellis' branches in the Rio Grande Valley.

Duane N. Hagert is manager of supplier relations for the southwest business unit. Duane attended the University of Minnesota and after graduation went to work for the Brayton Chemical Co. Wilbur-Ellis Co. purchased Brayton Chemical in 1985 at which time Duane began his career with Wilbur-Ellis Co. He has held many positions within W.E. and has been involved in all Midwest and Southern row crops and Professional Products markets.
