Larry LauchnerLarry came to Wilbur-Ellis in 1996 with more than 35 years in the Ag Chem industry. He is responsible for marketing in the Western Business Unit. Additionally, he is responsible for the Western Business Unit Sulfur business. Prior to Wilbur-Ellis Company, Larry held sales and sales management positions with a major manufacturer. |

Dr. Dave SchulteisDr. Schulteis joined Wilbur-Ellis in 1975. He is the Manager of Research and Product Development. Dr. Dave works in the development of Wilbur-Ellis proprietary spray adjuvant, nutrient and pesticide product lines. He is also involved in product registrations, both domestically and internationally. |

Norm SilveiraNorm joined Wilbur-Ellis in 1968, and has 11 years experience as a PCA specializing in vines and deciduous tree crops. As Wholesale Manager, Norm has been involved with wholesale sales for the last 14 years, and for the last few years he has the added responsibility of Proprietary Marketing Specialist for the Western Business Unit. |

Andy ChangAndy has been with Wilbur-Ellis since 1982. He is responsible for overseeing ag chemicals purchasing and implementation of the supplier programs. |

Mary (Barney) BarberJoined Wilbur-Ellis in 1991. She is the Office Administrator for the Western Business Unit. Barney brings to the company her administrative and human rsource skills from experiences acquired through the enviroments of the state university campus, wholesale and manufacturing glass industries, and gauging service industry for wet and dry cargoes. Graduate of Fresno Pacific University and working on her MBA. |

Joe MullinaxJoe joined Wilbur-Ellis in 1987. He was the Operations Manager with Rigo in Kentucky from 1987 to 1997, and currently is the Business Manager, Manufacturing in Fresno, California. Joe brings more than 40 years of experience in the pesticide formulation business to the Western Business Unit of Wilbur-Ellis. |
